SHIPPING & RETURNS
We are a small boutique relying solely on mine and my husbands exceptional customer service skills and hospitality experience. We trust in the beautiful brands we are retailing and are relying on you, our happy customers to spread the word about Dimples Baby Boutique.
We offer a number of options for our shipping policy:
Any order within the UK over £40 is free via 2nd class Royal Mail postage.
Orders below £40 are charged at £3.70 for 2nd class Royal Mail delivery.
All orders to Europe is £9.
All orders to rest of the world are £14 or FREE if you spend £80 or more.
We also offer the following UK services:
First Class delivery at £4.70
Second Class Signed at £4.10
Please note that international orders can take longer than expected up to 21 days - usual time is 5-10 business days.
All items come to you beautifully wrapped, extending the Dimples experience.
We understand sometimes there may be occasions where you might want to return something back to us.
If you wish to return items for any reason other than an error you have made in your order, please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt. All items must be unworn and with labels still intact and attached. Please reach out via email (email@example.com) to acknowledge us about this return, so we can be expecting it and share the returns address with you.
If you have requested a refund, we will refund the amount you paid using your original payment method. You should expect to receive the refund within 30 days of the item being received.
All discounted and sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded. All shipping costs for full price and or sale items are final and can not be refunded.
Please note we do not offer an exchange service
We suggest that you obtain a free proof of purchase certificate from the Post Office when you send items back to us. However, proof of sending is not proof of receipt by us. If you have any questions regarding shipping, returns or refunds, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org
